The two founders of APM, Arjen van Eeuwen and Yolanda Veenendaal, decided to combine their knowledge and extensive experience achieved over the last 35 years in total. Arjen and Yolanda are both specialised in customer contact, but both from a different perspective.

A lot of companies nowadays claim to be specialised in support with regard to starting-up, developing or improving the customer contact department. Why the ambition and conviction to found APM? We sincerely believe the process of customer contact needs to be changed and improved in order to maintain, to be or to become successful in the future. This is based on the fact that the customer has more options to choose from everyday and is therefore more demanding. Whether it is business to business or business to consumer, the customer is valuable and unique and needs to be treated that way.

We are fully aware to the fact this information is not unique. However there is a substantial difference in the way we offer our services:

We promise what to do and we do what we promise.

APM stands for A Perfect Match. First of all this applies for the cooperation between the two founders. Yolanda is a professional people manager with a lot of experience in the customer contact market. On the other hand we have Arjen who is a real sales professional with national and international experience. By combining our knowledge, experience and expertise we offer a genuine win-win situation for our customers:

Advising our customers how to generate maximum turnover and profit and at the same time helping the internal organisation to improve the different departments, so as a result the employees are willing and eager to perform accordingly.

A Perfect Match is also a real must for a successful cooperation with our customers. We need to take the challenge together and therefore need to be real partners in business. The current situation, the targets, the role of our customer and the definition of the APM activities need to be agreed upon upfront. We act upon transparency, honesty and efficiency.
